Remove the skin and cut its top part.  Take a piece of tin foil and lay it flat, placing equal sized piece of parchment paper on top of the foil. Don’t forget to preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Finally, place the garlic on the parchment paper, pouring some olive oil over them. Then, wrap them tight in the foil, put them on a pan and roast for an hour. Next, let them cool and squeeze the garlic to remove the cloves. Once it is done you can use it right away or store them in a container for a few days in the fridge.
